Should you pair Gruyère with a Pinot Noir, a Pinot Grigio, or neither? Please join us on Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Valparaiso Country Club for our latest OWM wine event, where we will focus on the perfect pairing. We will sample 12 wines with a variety of cheese and crackers and discuss what works, what doesn’t work and why!
