Join us for an evening that explores the mysterious and the unsettling. Inspired by the seven eyes of Sea Monsters and the things we fear, this dinner offers rich, complex flavors in both cuisine and craft beer. Chef Salas, head brewer Greg Winget from our new Sea of Monsters Brewery, and lead bartender Daniel Lagestee have meticulously curated a seven-course meal, each paired with a something to sip.
While meals are often paired with spirit-based beverages, this event showcases the art of matching diverse beer types with gourmet dishes—a creation all its own. Experience a night where the food and drink are as intriguing as the theme, venturing into uncharted flavor territory.
