Thursday, October 24, 2024; 5 -6:30 p.m.: Annual Community Trick-or-Treat
Valparaiso University invites the public to a night of Halloween fun with the annual Community Trick or Treat event on Thursday, Oct. 24 from 5 – 6:30 p.m. at the Harre Union. Campus organizations from across the University will be handing out sweet treats, hosting games and activities and more. The event is free and open to the public.
Thursday, October 24, 2024; 6:30 p.m.: Symphony Orchestra’s Halloween Spooktacular
The Halloween festivities don’t end there, though. The Valparaiso University Symphony Orchestra’s Halloween Spooktacular concert begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Chapel of the Resurrection. This costumed concert is also free and open to the public and will feature recognizable soundtracks from hit movies in addition to classic orchestra pieces.
Saturday, October 26, 2024; 4- 6 p.m. Athletics Spooky Weekend
Come back to campus Saturday, Oct. 26 for Athletics Spooky Weekend with Valpo Volleyball. The Beacons will take on Illinois State at 6 p.m., while the Athletic-Recreation Center will have its own trick-or-treat event from 4 – 5 p.m.
