Hang on to the edge of your seats cause Main Streets will take you for a ride! Putting a spin on your favorite classic rock and alternative hits on overdrive since 2019. Don’t be surprised to hear our take on some pop and disco songs too. Originating from the same hometown as Michael Jackson, this four piece rock band will keep you dancing all night.
You’ll hear heavy riffs fueled by high energy drums and deep, harmonic bass lines kicked in high gear with smoky vocals. Practicing in a mechanics shop surrounded by trucks, metal, and machines has shaped and inspired our sound into what it is today. Some fans have even compared it to Zeppelin. There is no denying that our sound stems from the 70’s hard rock scene. We cover some classics from Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, The Rolling Stones, and a little bit of everything else you can imagine.

Kashmir was formed in late 2001, after guitarist Frank Livingston decided to form a show based on substance and feel rather than just "fitting the suit".
KASHMIR is a very entertaining show bringing only the best of LED ZEPPELIN to their fans. KASHMIR seeks to re-create the experience of a 70's Zeppelin show utilizing authentic vintage stage gear, costumes, and special effects, with great attention to detail in a non pretentious way.
But most importantly, KASHMIR does not take liberties on improving the music. Led Zeppelin should be played as it was using only the equipment of the era, and should be reproduced dead on with great respect and admiration. "It's not about us, it's about Led Zeppelin".

Start your engines for Popcorn Festival weekend at the Hot Wheels Race of Champions & Food Truck Rally!
Races will take place on a custom Hot Wheels track in the William E. Urschel Pavilion from 4:30 - 9:00. Get ready to wave your checkered flags, enjoy some delicious food at the Food Truck Rally on Lafayette St., and snap a photo at our Hot Wheels photo op as you get set for the most poppin’ weekend in Valpo!

Pop on over to the Fairgrounds Park walking track for this one lap fun run the night before Popcorn Fest. Participants will run 3/4 mile and receive a t-shirt.
Join the 47th running of the Popcorn Panic. A community tradition for over four decades, this event has over 1,000 participants annually, running and walking through our tree-lined city streets. In teams or as individuals, you can choose to run the 5 miles or shorten it up with a 5K run or walk.
This long-standing community tradition will return in 2022!
Kids can join in the Popcorn Festival fun with this unique kid-friendly race in Downtown Valparaiso. Kids run this 100- 300 yard event; distance varies by age group. Everyone receives a t-shirt and participation ribbon.

The MAAC Foundation is transforming the landscape of First Responder training across Northwest Indiana, the state, and the country. With a comprehensive, inclusive campus, we provide access for all First Responders - EMT personnel, firefighters, law enforcement officers, and K9 officers - to train at our state-of-the-art facility at no cost. Registration begins at 6:30am on the day of the event. Weigh-in at noon at the Program Center, all live fish. Biggest fish payouts in the following categories: Bass, Bluegill/Redear/Warmouth, Crappie, Perch. Fish can be measured at the anytime during the day and then released. Fishing from park property only - or fishing from your own boat or kayak you can launch onsite.
